A friend had recently asked me what shoes I would pick for the entire year. As season varies in Boston , I told her about my best four pick, one of each season.
Winter/Spring:
During the snow season you shoes that is weather proof and will protect you from water and snow. My favorite is Tory Burch Puffer Boot as pictured here on the left. The nylon and fiber fill material of this boots makes it lightweight and easy to walk with and keeps your feet warm and toasty. The waterproof construction of toe cap and quarter keeps the snow, water and dirty slush from getting your toes wet.
Tory burch shoes has been one of my favorites ever since my first Reva purchase. Their shoes is very comfortable and light. That is why reva flats are my faves year round especially in the spring. Gold and silver reva flats are still on my wish list.
Summer:
As soon as warm weather starts, along come the sandals, flip flops and other toe revealing shoes. My pick for the summer is the Alex wedge. Last year a lot of women went gaga over the “Alex” Crochet wedge sandals by stuart weitzman after seeing Jennifer Aniston wearing them while filming the movie “The Bounty.” Those sandals sold like pancakes and flew of the store shelves so fast. What makes it nice is that the color is so neutral that it can match different wardrobes and summer occasions. There are two versions for these very cute espadrille sandals. The tall one with 4 ½” rope wrapped wedge with 1″ platform priced at $365.00 and the one with medium heel measuring at 2 ½” with 1 ½” platform is priced at $289.00 — both at Jildor.com. Just look at how Jennifer rocked this sandals.

Fall:
Now for fall I love something that will be great to match with skirts, dresses, chino’s, curduroy and tunics. Something like the Beige Leather Miller Oxford made by jeffrey campbell shoes. Oxfords made an excellent comeback from the 80s and early 90s and will sure be a great addition to your wardrobe.
