Fifteen years ago, my friend used to weigh half of her current one. Dieting was out of the picture as she had the perfect weight for her height. Well, age and unhealthy lifestyle caused her weight to increase little by little. Before you know it inches slowly added in her thighs, belly and buttocks, and in a matter of fifteen years, before you know it she was already 240 lbs and morbidly obese. It did not help that she always had clothes that fit her and didn’t worry about her growing dress size. Until recently when she felt aches in her leg that shot up her back. This is to the excess weight stressing her muscles and bones.
She started dieting but could not find a time to work out due to her long work hours. This healthy eating helped her lost 12 lbs but that is way too far from her goal. She’s now looking at weight loss pills to safely and healthily boost her metabolism, curb her appetite and successfully meet her weight loss goal. She found slim 9 which can help loose 3-5 inches per week. Sounds very promising and I hope she becomes successful. She will start her new regimen on Monday.
