LIFE IS A BOWL OF CHERRIES

A Day for that Sweet Tooth

It’s been four years and counting since us, our friends and their children started having a celebration of some sort as our Halloween party. It is a joint celebration for our friends P and C who’s birthdays are around the much celebrated holiday of candies and chocolates.

First year I did not dress up, only the children did. The following year, I was the Evil Queen, my husband was a pirate. Then I became Pocahontas, opposite to my husband’s cowboy costume. And this year, I was snow white and he ended up to be a scary vampire. He was to be my prince charming but we looked for this costume late and they were sold out.

We even got carried away with this years’ costumes and did a little bit of acting.

Don’t worry no Disney character got hurt in our party. It was all fun and filling, as we eat chocolates by See’s; a leading vendor gourmet candies. They sell a wide assortment of truffles, bars, chews, brittle, and even sugar free and kosher candies.
