That is why it is important that you are comfortable when you sleep. It helps to have a satin pillowcases with matching bed skirts (or bedskirts or solid bed skirts) over mattress covers. Imagine, when you have that kind of bed setting, you will tend to lie down and feel the comfort and dose off.
